Our Onboarding Process

In the event that you choose to onboard with our accountancy firm, and opt for one of our Peace of Mind Packages, we will get you up and running within a matter of days following the process below. Our onboarding process ensures a smooth transition for you and your business without delay.

Sign Up (Week 1)

Firstly, you will need to sign your proposal accepting the services outlined. Alongside this you will also receive a notice to set up a direct debit to pay for our accounting services moving forwards. Once this is complete we will initiate the following steps. In line with Anti Money Laundering Regulations, we will also ask for certain identification documentation at this early stage before continuing. Provided that the anti-money laundering checks are successful, we will then begin the onboarding set up straightaway.

Initial Set Up (Week 1)

We will send you a welcome email outlining key details and inform you who your allocated account manager is. Your accounts manager is who will liaise with you directly regarding any accounting matters and information we may require from you in any event. Subsequently, we will will also send you logins for our Xero and Dext software that is offered as part of the Peace of Mind Packages.

Client Follow Up (Weeks 1- 4)

Your client manager will check you are comfortable using our software, go through any teething problems and questions (for instance logging in or submitting documents). Moreover, we will also help set up access to bank feeds with you at this point so that we have all the necessary information moving forwards to do your bookkeeping and accounts.

Regular Check Ins (Weeks 5 - 12)

We will be in regular communication from time to time just to check everything is operating as it should be as well as set out any expectations on what we need from you in order for us to do our side effectively as you get more advanced using the software.

Onboarding Complete (Week 12)

By 3 months, all your accounts should be smooth sailing. Then, we will still be at the end of a phone call for whenever you need any advice and support!
