What’s included in the service?
Best practice involves producing regular management accounts to gauge how the business is performing, so we offer you this on a monthly or quarterly basis. This service is personalised dependent on the level of support you want. You can read below about the options available and what’s specifically included in each.
Please note: Management Accounts are included as standard in our ‘Elevate’ and ‘Elite’ Peace of Mind Packages for businesses.
Levels of Management Accounts Available:
L1 – In this case, we give you management software (Fathom or Syft). You can choose to have this software with or without forecasting insights.
L2 – DL accounts will additionally produce a regular management account report for you.
L3 – With the report, we will furthermore send you a loom video. This will in essence explain key insights and pain points for you to act upon.
L4 – We hold regular meetings face-to-face with you, discussing and actioning your KPIs
